One on One Sessions

ERunning offers ‘One on One’ or Personal Training style sessions for people looking to work exclusively with an ERunning Coach.   We recognize that everyone requires something different and athletes cant all follow the same path with instruction and implementation, so at ERunning we offer an exclusive service for athletes that are looking to get the most of  out of their training programs or for people who just want to learn how to run better.

Athletes and clients can employ ERunning Coaches in a personal training capacity to provide the following services;

– Technique Analysis and Coaching

– Strength and Conditioning perscription and review

– One on One Coach for Training Sessions, including Track Workouts and Long Runs

– Pacing or Support for Intense or Long Run Sessions
