Our range of Online Running Programs for people looking to compete in events between 800m and 3000m on the track and incorperate events that require sustainable but high speed elements are perfect for track athletes or athletes that are looking to insert some speed or shorter rep work into there distance running.

Despite having a clear focus on events and distances between 800m and 3km it is well known that the types of training for these events can aid distance running training programs up to a very good level.

These programs have been programmed and designed by international standard expert runners and running coaches.

We have also added a ‘Maintain’ option for athletes looking to complete one of our standard programs and then choose a ‘maintain’ option to maintain their peak fitness from week to week for a period of 8-12weeks.  These ‘maintain’ programs are designed for sports people and athletes who like to compete weekly and are looking for a program that provides consistency and stability in small micro cycle structures.

Our Online Running Programs are well structured, goal orientated, gently progressive and are clear and concise.  They are easy to follow, come with full instructions, daily and weekly tips and tricks and will have you running faster than you ever thought possible.
