Our intermediate level training programs are our ‘next level’ in programming and are specifically designed for improvement through an increased training load, more specific times, sets, repetitions and distances.  The ‘Intermediate’ range of running programs is more challenging than our ‘Beginner’ range and is really aimed at people looking to process.   The ‘Intermediate’ level program also includes a ‘generic’ strength and conditioning program and some race preparation tips with nutrition, warming up, cooling down and recovery all covered.  If your looking to improve, these programs are for you.

This program is for you if;

  • You’ve easily completed our 5km or 10km Beginner Program
  • Your a runner looking to improve with structure
  • Your ready to step up in training distance, frequency & intensity
  • You can run 30min (Female) or 25min (Male) or less for 5km
  • Your goal is to run under 25min (F) & 20min (M)*
  • You have a good level of fitness
  • *Target is applicable to the 16Week Program Option Only
